This study of investigation, which was done in Funchal, Madeira, is centred on the insight of Kinder Garden teachers, about including children with Cerebral Paralysis in Kinder Gardens and Elementary Schools as groups of Pre-school Education. It´s merely a discriptive and not an experimental study, based on the mixed investigational method (quality and quantity), seeing as the survey had sets of open and closed questions applied to 80 Kinder Garden teachers. According to the results of the survey, a vast percentage of teachers presented favourable insight a to including children with Cerebral Paralysis, independently the experience in teaching. The kindergarten teacher, who dealt with CP children, revealed that they are better prepared to deal with children with special needs. Moreover, the same group of teachers presented favourable insight as to the pedagogical differentiation and the importance of collaborative/team work with teachers for handicapped children, in the process of inclusion of CP children, inferring all the positive aspects of such a process within the Pre-school Education. Besides all this, some teachers also identified some problems related to the inclusion of these children, namely at the human and material resources level. Another problem or handicap mentioned by the teachers who did the survey, was the lack of qualification and skills to deal with and prepare teachers to handle children with CP. Lastly, the survey also showed that teachers already use strategies that are favourable to the inclusion of these children.
