Relatório de estágio para a obtenção do grau de Mestre na área de Educação Pré-Escolar
Este relatório pretende dar conta do trabalho desenvolvido durante os estágios realizados no decurso do Mestrado em Educação Pré-escolar – o primeiro, que se realizou em contexto de creche e o segundo em jardim-de-infância, bem como de todo o percurso investigativo resultante da análise reflexiva da prática. Na primeira parte deste relatório apresento uma breve caraterização dos contextos de estágio, uma síntese do trabalho desenvolvido em ambos e ainda uma breve reflexão sobre o meu percurso de desenvolvimento profissional. Dá ainda conta do percurso de pesquisa que foi espoletado logo no inicio do estágio em creche, e que se centra nas rotinas e no seu papel na promoção do desenvolvimento das crianças, com especial incidência no desenvolvimento da autonomia. Na segunda parte deste relatório apresento a questão: Como desenvolver a autonomia durante as rotinas, qual o papel do educador? Na sua fundamentação teórica, parti da clarificação dos conceitos de rotina e de autonomia para melhor compreender as relações que se estabelecem entre eles, quer em contexto de creche, quer em contexto de jardim-de-infância, bem como, qual deverá ser o papel do educador na promoção destes dois elementos-chave. A metodologia eleita foi a observação direta com recurso às fichas de observação do empenhamento do adulto, de Ferré Laevers. Para analisar o empenhamento do educador na promoção da autonomia da criança, observei vários momentos da rotina e tomei como indicadores a sensibilidade e a estimulação, propostos nestas fichas e avaliados numa escala de 0 a 5. A análise de resultados mostra que, efetivamente, a rotina pode ser um bom facilitador da autonomia, sendo por isso, determinante o papel do educador na própria organização dessas rotinas e consequentemente na promoção da autonomia.
This report gives an account of the work carried out in stages over the course of the Master of Education Preschool - the first, which took place in the context of kindergarten and second-garden for children, as well as all the investigative path resulting from reflective analysis of practice. In the first part of this report present a brief characterization of the contexts of stage, a synthesis of work in both and even a brief reflection on my journey of professional development. It also gives account of the course of research that was fusen early in the stage at daycare, and that focuses on routines and their role in promoting the development of children, with particular focus on the development of autonomy. In the second part of this report present the question: How to develop autonomy during the routines, the role of the educator? In its theoretical foundation, parti clarifying the concepts of routine and autonomy to better understand the relationships established between them, either in the context of childcare, whether in the context of garden-care, as well as what should be the role educator in promoting these two key elements. The methodology chosen was direct observation using the observation forms the commitment of the adult, the Ferré Laevers. To analyze the involvement of educators in promoting children's autonomy, the routine observed several times and took as indicating the sensitivity and stimulation, these chips proposed and evaluatede on a scale 0-5. The analysis of results shows that, indeed, the routine can be a good facilitator of autonomy, and therefore determining the role of the educator in the very organization of these routines and consequently the promotion of autonomy.
