The final report stage is to describe the activities throughout the school year traineeship inserted in architectural office, SegmentoPonto4, in order to present the most relevant projects for learning in the field of Interior Design. So the first part of the report addresses each project, through a description of the work and its completion, by submitting drawings and three-dimensional images that illustrate the report of each project. The second part develops a survey of Tourist Enterprises Hoteliers, specifically dedicated to the design hotels, which is the most imposing typology developed over the stage, and thus gave rise to the subject of this report, because being inserted in region Fatima where this sector currently has great potential and continuous growth. From this, we detected a gap in the field, which led to the subject of this report, and that is the lack of a distinctive nature of space, with unique and valuable tourist framed in rural areas and related to religion. The project dunghill of Conception - Bed and Breakfast, included in the typology that is developed in the third part, under a candidature financing, QCREN, which contributed to more learning. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the exploration of other areas related to hospitality industry in this region, the spatial location with potential historical and religious tourism is of great value (historically associated with the apparitions of Fatima and, more specifically, an appearance inaccurate angel), framed in a sector considered strategic for national tourism
