Este trabalho tem como objetivo a análise da Produção da empresa Tapeçarias Ferreira de Sá e a identificação de uma solução de SI que suporte o controlo e a gestão da produção. A realização deste trabalho teve como base o período de estágio realizado pelo autor na empresa Tapeçarias Ferreira de Sá. Como alicerce do trabalho é apresentada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a Gestão da Produção, os sistemas de informação de gestão da produção e os sistemas ERP. A solução apresentada consiste no desenvolvimento de um sistema integrado, designado por SIGestPro, que permite a gestão de toda a informação relativa à Produção de uma forma eficaz e que resolve os problemas de redundância e integração das várias fontes de informação existentes, melhorando igualmente o desempenho através da aplicação de tecnologias e equipamentos de RFID, Barcode, TWAIN e TouchScreen. É descrita a vertente do SIGestPro, como analisador de DataLogs, de análise de Tempos Máquina. Por último, o trabalho propõe ainda novas formas de planeamento da produção, recorrendo ao problema 2D Nesting de formas irregulares e a um gráfico de Gantt.
This work aims the analysis of the production in company Tapestries Ferreira de Sá and the identification of an IS solution that supports production management. The work here described was based on the author´s training placement at company Tapestries Ferreira de Sá. A literature survey is set up as the groundwork for the study, which reviews the main concepts related with production management, information systems for production management and ERP systems. The solution proposed is the development of an integrated system, called SIGestPro, which allows the management of all the information concerning the company production in an effective way and that solves the problems of redundancy and integration of the different sources of information, and enables the improvement of the performance through the application of technologies and equipment for RFID, Barcode, TWAIN and TouchScreen. The SIGestPro functionality of a DataLogs analyser, enabling the analysis of machine times, is described. Finally, the work proposes new forms of production planning, based on the 2D Nesting problem of irregular shapes and a Gantt chart.
