Prática de Integração para os Imigrantes do Leste Europeu no contexto de duas instituições Este estudo insere-se na problemática da Imigração do Leste Europeu em Portugal e revela, de um modo geral, algumas das medidas de integração que têm vindo a ser desenvolvidas por duas instituições, designadamente a Solidariedade Imigrante de Beja e o Serviço Jesuíta aos Refugiados. Toda a investigação foi orientada no sentido de se obterem respostas às seguintes questões: - Que instituições exemplares de apoio a Imigrantes do Leste Europeu podem ser referenciadas? - Como se processa a sua intervenção no terreno? - Como melhorar o processo de inclusão dos Imigrantes do Leste Europeu? A presente investigação considera a abordagem qualitativa, privilegiando a estratégia de estudo de caso múltiplo, ao qual foram associadas técnicas de recolha de dados, nomeadamente a observação direta e indireta, sendo os instrumentos utilizados inquéritos por questionário e entrevistas (semiestruturadas e estruturadas). Os dados obtidos através das técnicas de recolha foram submetidos a análise de conteúdo. /ABSTRACT - The present research, in the field of Eastern European Immigration in Portugal, examines, describes and analyses certain measures related to the integration of these immigrants. More specifically this Work was developed with the precious help of two institutes: the Solidariedade Imigrante and the Serviço Jesuíta aos Refugiados. Summary this research was carried out in order to answer the following questions: - Which exemplary institutions can be indicated as far the support to Eastern European Immigrants is concerned? - How do the mentioned institutions intervene in the field? - How do we improve the inclusion process of Eastern European Immigrants? This study takes into account a qualitative approach, favoring the strategy of a multiple case study - some data collect techniques were associated, mainly direct and indirect observation; some of the instruments that were used were: enquiries and interviews (structured and semi-structured). The data, which was obtained through the enquiries, was carefully submitted to a content analysis.
