As new technologies and construction methods advance in construction, great challenges also arise. The use of sophisticated control systems contributes to facilitate the management of the good performance of construction systems, balancing the demand for basic inputs and maintaining the technical and economic viability of the projects. Among these inputs used in the construction systems, we can highlight the components of the building hydraulic-sanitary installations, which usually register a large part of the requests for technical assistance in the post-work. Failures in the design of buildings can begin with the technical team's misinterpretation of the owners' requirements. In order to avoid failures, rework and losses, the commissioning of building systems emerges as an alternative for recording and defining strategies for continuous improvements in planning, design and execution. Therefore, the objective of this work is to evaluate the application of the commissioning process of building systems, taking as a case study: a kitchen and a service area of a residential building. The results obtained contribute to a better understanding of the protocols for establishing commissioning actions in building hydraulic installations, aiming to increase the quality of future projects.

A medida que novas tecnologias e métodos construtivos avançam na construção civil, também surgem grandes desafios. A utilização de sofisticados sistemas de controle contribui para facilitar o gerenciamento do bom desempenho dos sistemas construtivos, equilibrando demanda de insumos básicos e manutenção da viabilidade técnica e econômica dos empreendimentos. Dentre esses insumos empregados nos sistemas construtivos, pode-se destacar os componentes das instalações hidráulicas-sanitárias prediais, que normalmente registram grande parte das solicitações de assistências técnicas no pós-obra. As falhas na concepção dos edifícios podem ter início na má interpretação, por parte da equipe técnica, dos requisitos dos proprietários. A fim de se evitar falhas, retrabalhos e prejuízos, o comissionamento de sistemas prediais surge como alternativa para registro e definições de estratégias de melhorias contínuas de planejamento, concepção e execução. Diante disso, o objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar a aplicação do processo de comissionamento de sistemas prediais, tomando como estudo de caso: uma cozinha e uma área de serviço de uma edificação residencial. Os resultados obtidos contribuem para um melhor entendimento dos protocolos de estabelecimento de ações de comissionamento em instalações hidráulicas prediais, visando aumentar a qualidade de futuros empreendimentos.
