Com o novo cenário de Manaus em uma nova fase da pandemia faz-se necessário compreender a dinâmica do vírus nas cidades do interior onde a doença ainda avança. Neste boletim, foram comparadas as curvas e a velocidade de óbitos e casos em municípios localizados na Região Metropolitana de Manaus (RMM). A correlação parcial demonstrou que não há semelhança entre os municípios e a capital, com exceção de Manacapuru. Por outro lado, foram identificadas grupos de cidades com comportamentos parecidos e que merecem atenção.
With the new scenario of Manaus in a new phase of the pandemic, it is necessary to understand the dynamics of the virus in cities in the interior where the disease is still advancing. In this report, the curves and speed of deaths and cases in cities located in the Metropolitan Region of Manaus (RMM) were compared. The partial correlation demonstrated that there is no similarity between the municipalities and the capital, with the exception of Manacapuru. On the other hand, groups of cities with similar behaviors that deserve attention were identified.
