Due to the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent measures of social distancing, teleworking presented itself as the perfect solution for many organizations. With the emergence of this new way of working there were some benefits associated, however, the lack of social interaction among employees reveals itself as an obstacle in the creation of interpersonal relationships among them. The human being is a social being, so the relational component is extremely important for his/her personal development. In the corporate environment it is no different, the creation of professional relationships between co-workers is an important part in developing a sense of belonging to the organisation. Therefore, there are tactics that can be put into practice, such as integration activities or team building, so that employees feel motivated, satisfied, and happy in their work environment.

Devido ao surgimento da pandemia COVID-19 e subsequentes medidas de distanciamento social, o teletrabalho apresentou-se como solução perfeita para muitas organizações. Com a emergência desta nova modalidade de trabalho verificaram-se alguns benefícios associados, no entanto, a falta de interação social entre os colaboradores revela-se como um obstáculo na criação de relacionamentos interpessoais entre eles. O ser humano é um ser social, deste modo, a componente relacional é extremamente importante para o seu desenvolvimento pessoal. No ambiente corporativo não é diferente, a criação de relacionamentos profissionais entre os colegas de trabalho é uma parte importante no desenvolvimento do sentimento de pertença à organização. Assim, existem táticas que podem ser colocadas em prática, como são exemplos: atividades de integração ou team building, de modo que os colaboradores se sintam motivados, satisfeitos e felizes no seu ambiente de trabalho.
