In recent years, we have witnessed a debate that is questioned as intrinsic to people: What is the culture of perfection? This topic has been widely debated as to its influence in our lives, since we live in a world socially marked by standards and routines that are imposed on us. This article will address the two topics where its relevance becomes greater: social networks and the business environment. Thus, I ask myself something to which we all seek an answer: do we live to eternally maintain a paradigm or to change it depending on the times that move forward? I present a critical opinion about the mentioned topics, leading the readers to make an involuntary reflection about the society we live in.

Nos últimos anos, temos assistido a um debate que se questiona como intrínseco às pessoas: O que é a cultura da perfeição? Este tema tem vindo a ser amplamente debatido quanto à sua influência nas nossas vidas, uma vez que, vivemos num mundo marcado socialmente por padrões e rotinas que nos são impostos. Neste artigo serão abordados os dois tópicos onde a sua relevância se torna maior: as redes sociais e o ambiente empresarial. Assim, interrogo-me sobre uma questão à qual todos procuramos resposta: vivemos para manter eternamente um paradigma ou para mutá-lo consoante os tempos que avançam? Apresento uma opinião crítica sobre os temas mencionados, levando os leitores a fazer uma reflexão involuntária sobre a sociedade em que vivemos.
