Discursos de celebração e estratégias de apagamento enunciativo: uso e sistema

A relação entre sistema e uso, ao serviço da construção da relação comunicativa e dos discursos que permite enquanto práticas comunicativas, é uma relação necessária, dos discursos para o sistema e do sistema para os discursos, num movimento pendular que sustenta a análise. Este é o lugar teórico a partir do qual nos propomos analisar o modo como determinadas estruturas gramaticais estão ao serviço de estratégias de apagamento enunciativo; “lugares gramaticais” onde as vozes do discurso são construídas, mas para se simular que não existem. É pela análise da estrutura Há quem X que pretendemos mostrar essa inter-relação entre discurso e sistema ancorada no conceito de dialogismo. O nosso objetivo é, especificamente, analisar o uso desta estrutura como estratégia discursiva de apagamento enunciativo, num discurso de celebração do Centenário da República Portuguesa, realizado no parlamento. Sobressai na análise que Há quem X é uma estrutura dialógica complexa, que serve uma estratégia objetivante de apagamento enunciativo da voz do locutor, mas também de outras vozes, um processo enunciativo com implicações na organização discursiva, nomeadamente nos planos argumentativo e ilocutório, no processo global de referenciação em curso. 

The relationship between linguistic system and use is central to the construction of the discourses as communicative practices. This is the theoretical framework from which we propose to analyze how certain grammatical structures are at the service of strategies of enunciative erasure (French effacement énonciatif), as linguistic mechanisms where the voices of discourse are constructed but pretending that they do not exist. It is through the analysis of the structure Há quem X that we intend to show this interrelationship between discourse and system anchored in the concept of dialogism. Our objective is, specifically, to analyze the use of this structure as a discursive strategy of enunciative erasure, in a speech celebrating the Centenary of the Portuguese Republic, held in the Portuguese parliament. It stands out in the analysis that Há quem X is a complex dialogic structure, which serves a strategy of erasing the enunciative voice of the speaker, but also the erasure of other voices, an enunciative process with implications for discourse organization, namely argumentative and illocutionary dimensions, within the ongoing global process of referencing.
