CENTRALIZAÇÃO: IMPACTO ORGANIZACIONAL NO SETOR DA SAÚDE

A conceção de centralização passa por a compreender como um espectro organizacional que vai muito além das infraestruturas, pois pode existir centralização ou descentralização a diversos níveis: transportes, coordenação operacional ou tomada de decisão. Objetivamente a investigação pretende realizar a análise e compreensão da evolução do processo de centralização logística desenvolvido pela organização, bem como perceber o impacto a nível operacional e de gestão do processo de centralização. Do ponto de vista metodológico o presente artigo foi elaborado através de revisão de literatura ilustrando o estado da arte relativamente à temática em estudo. Podemos concluir que a questão da centralização não pode ser definida como um termo absoluto, não podendo definir as organizações como centralizadas ou descentralizadas, mas sim podemos definir as instituições como tendencialmente centralizadas ou tendencialmente descentralizadas.

The conception of centralization has to be understood as an organizational spectrum that goes well beyond infrastructures, since there can be centralization or decentralization at different levels: transportation, operational coordination or decision making. Objectively the research intends to carry out the analysis and understanding of the evolution of the logistical centralization process developed by the organization, as well as to realize the impact at the operational and management level of the centralization process. From the methodological point of view, this article was elaborated through literature review illustrating the state of the art in relation to the subject under study. We can conclude that the question of centralization can not be defined as an absolute term, and can not define organizations as centralized or decentralized, but rather we can define institutions as tendentially centralized or tendentially decentralized.
