Description

The objective is to reflect on the links between nature and Human Rights in the reading of the philosopher Enrique Dussel. In the first moment, we will present Dussel’s “critique” of Human Rights; in the second moment, we will analyze the relationships between nature and coloniality that has reached a decisive stage for commercial appropriation of nature. In the third, we will situate the relations between the law in force x utopian law in its critical approach to Human Rights. In the end, we will indicate Dussel’s political contribution to a critique of the rights of the capitalist social order, to another right, capable of guaranteeing basic rights such as the right to life and the environment.

O objetivo é refletir sobre os vínculos entre natureza e direitos humanos na leitura do filósofo Enrique Dussel. No primeiro momento, apresentaremos a “crítica” dusseliana aos direitos humanos; no segundo momento, analisaremos as relações entre natureza e colonialidade que cumpriu etapa decisiva para apropriação mercantil da natureza. No terceiro, situaremos as relações entre o direito vigente x direito utópico em sua aproximação crítica para os direitos humanos. Ao fim, indicaremos a contribuição política de Dussel para uma crítica aos direitos da ordem social capitalista, para outro direito, capaz de garantir os direitos básicos como o direito à vida e ao ambiente.
