Redes de Turismo no Património Cultural Edificado: uma Revisão de Literatura

The cultural patrimony, mainly classified buildings / structures, provides cities an identity that distinguishes them from other destinations, enabling them with different offer capabilities. The gathering of efforts, made by those who are responsible for managing such resources, is a strategic way to assure the competition. The present study aims to analyze the cooperation between the agents that are involved in the proposal dimension of these cities. As such, and in order to scientifically sustain this study, a systematic literature review was made recurring mainly to SCOPUS scientific database. During said research, "network and analysis and heritage and building" were the main terms searched, prepossessing those words in combination and as key words.As main conclusions, the following were considered: i) the impact of cultural heritage on the tourist offer of urban destinations; ii) the determining character of cooperation networks in tourism for the sustainable management of destinations; iii) insuficient research on the impact of tourist networks on the management of cultural heritage. Lastly, the article emphasizes the need to close the identified scientific gap.

O património cultural, e em particular os edifícios classicados, confere às cidades uma identidade e diferencia-as de outros destinos turísticos urbanos, constituindo, por isso, um fator relevante da oferta. A congregação de esforços, por parte dos responsáveis pela gestão desses recursos, é estratégica para a competitividade dos destinos urbanos. Como objetivo do presente estudo pretende-se analisar as práticas de cooperação dos agentes a intervir na atividade turística relativas a esta dimensão da oferta. Para o efeito, procedeu-se a uma revisão sistemática de literatura, a qual incidiu fundamentalmente na base de dados científica SCOPUS, por via de pesquisa realizada mediante a associação ou combinação de palavras-chave ("network and analysis and heritage and building").Como principais conclusões, consideraram-se as seguintes: i) o crescente impacto do património cultural para a oferta turística dos destinos urbanos; ii) o caráter determinante das redes de cooperação na atividade turística para uma gestão sustentável dos destinos; iii) a insuficiência de investigação sobre o impacto das redes turísticas na gestão do património cultural.
