Description

In this sample of 17,477 adolescents, 49.3% of students were girls. During the past seven years of the project, girls showed lower well-being and self-concept scores and more depressive symptomatology than boys. No statistically significant differences were found in the coping domain. Similar results were obtained among 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students.
