A partir de posicionamentos éfico-filosóficos e sócio-políticos, o autor manifesta-se frontalmente contrário à instituição de formas de compra e venda de tecidos e órgãos humanos utilizados para fins de transplantes.

The market of human organs constitutes nowadays one of the most obstinate, dramatic discussions on bioethics all over the world. This text analyzes the existing advances in relation to buy-and-sell of human structures and organs in the last 20 years. From ethical-philosophic and socio-political positions, the autor is frontally against the institution of forms of buy-and-sell of human tissues and organs used for transplantation purposes.
