This section on supply chain, logistics, and project management presents a structured and multidimensional analysis of the main challenges and trends in supply chain management, based on recent contributions from the scientific literature. The investigation is organized into five interrelated thematic areas: (i) national strategies and resilience, focusing on the capacity of logistics systems to respond to disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic; (ii) risk management, financial decisions, and pricing, which are essential for the economic and operational sustainability of supply chains; (iii) sustainable logistics, circular economy, and emerging technologies, emphasizing the transition toward greener and more digital models; (iv) collaboration, procurement, and decision-making, highlighting the importance of interorganizational relationships and ethical governance; and (v) project management and competencies, as a strategic axis for innovation and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The findings show that the integration of these dimensions is fundamental for the development of resilient, sustainable, and technologically advanced supply chains, capable of operating in high-uncertainty environments.
