It examines four key applications: Be My Eyes, which connects visually impaired users with volunteers and integrates AI for real-time visual assistance; TapTapSee, which uses image recognition to provide verbal descriptions of objects; Wheelmap, a crowdsourced platform for locating wheelchair-accessible places; and iAccess Life, which allows users to rate and review the accessibility of public spaces. The review highlights the overall impact of these innovations and acknowledges the potential for further development and improvement.
