This article proposes a reflection on part of the materials collected in the context of the Scientific Research and Technological Development Project entitled Choreographic Creation - Process, Registration and Analysis (IPL/2021/CC-PRA_ESD), which gave rise to the creation of the choreographic piece A Pertinência dos Seres, by Inês Pedruco and Margarida Belo Costa. With its premiere on June 20, 2022, at the António Silva Municipal Auditorium and a presentation on June 23, 2022, at Teatro Baltazar Dias, within the scope of the Funchal Dance Festival, this choreographic piece was stimulated by the literary work of Afonso Cruz A Contradição Humana. In the current context of contemporary choreographic creation, the way in which choreographic materials emerge and develop is often closely related to the possibility for performers to incorporate and take on the role of performer-creators. From the choreographic work and the systematized registration of its process, an analysis is proposed on how the materials, the processes involved and their relationship with the stimulus emerged.
Neste artigo propõe-se uma reflexão sobre parte dos materiais recolhidos no contexto do Projeto de Investigação, Desenvolvimento, Inovação e Criação Artística intitulado Criação Coreográfica - Processo, Registo e Análise (IPL/2021/CC-PRA_ESD), que deu origem à criação da peça coreográfica A Pertinência dos Seres, da autoria de Inês Pedruco e Margarida Belo Costa. Com estreia a 20 de junho de 2022, no Auditório Municipal António Silva, seguida de uma apresentação a 23 de junho de 2022, no Teatro Baltazar Dias, no âmbito do Festival de Dança do Funchal, esta peça coreográfica teve como estímulo a obra literária de Afonso Cruz A Contradição Humana. No contexto da criação coreográfica contemporânea a forma como surgem e se desenvolvem os materiais coreográficos está, muitas vezes, intimamente relacionada com a possibilidade ou não de os intérpretes incorporarem e assumirem um lugar de intérpretes-criadores. A partir da obra coreográfica e dos registos sistematizados do seu processo, propõe-se uma análise sobre a forma como surgiram os materiais, os processos implicados e a sua relação com o estímulo.
