We report a case of a 20 - year - old man present ed to the emergency department with oliguria and renal failure requiring urgent dialysis . An ultrasound revealed enlarged kidneys , and a renal biopsy showed non - Hodgkin ’s lymphoma, subt ype diffuse large B - cell .
