No presente trabalho é realizado o estudo da eficiência energética e da classificação energética de um edifício de serviços inserido no campus do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Foram referidos aspectos construtivos que influenciam a eficiência energética de um edifício, desde a sua implementação ate á sua construção. Com uma boa utilização dos materiais podemos ter uma casa mais eficiente e com menos custos na energia. Faz parte deste trabalho a apresentação de um conjunto de medidas que permitem melhorar a eficiência energética do edifício em estudo e assim obter uma classificação energética mais elevada do que a actual. In the present work is performed the study of the energy efficiency and the energetic classification of the services building inserted in the campus of Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. Some constructive aspects that influence the energy efficiency of a building were reported, since its implementation to its construction. With a good use of the materials we can have a more efficient house with less cost in energy. Part of this work is to present a set of measures for improving the energy efficiency of the building under study and thereby obtain an energy rating higher than the current one.
