La presente investigación se centra en los aspectos relativos al desarrollo del proceso de proyecto, encuadrada en el ámbito de la teoría del proyecto y con el objetivo puesto en la posible identificación de una metodología. Profundizar en los temas relativos a la realización del proyecto, entendido como un oficio, ayudaría a la producción de una herramienta de sirva de apoyo al desarrollo del proyecto, sobre todo en los años de formación y los primeros de ejercicio de la profesión. Esto favorecería que de forma rápida, cada arquitecto identificase cuales son los procedimientos o mecanismos que mejor se adaptan a su forma de entender la arquitectura y por lo tanto su producción. Los objetivos de esta pesquisa son: la identificación y sistematización de los aspectos que a nivel teórico se observan, centrando la atención en las fases y sus características. La sintetización de las tendencias que se observan en la práctica profesional y por último determinar las relaciones y las convergencias que se observan entre la producción teórica y la práctica profesional. El método empleado para el desenvolvimiento del trabajo es el multiestudios de caso. Lo que permitirá abordar el tema de los procesos de proyecto, a través del punto de vista de un grupo de arquitectos. Las técnicas que empleadas para la obtención de datos son de dos tipos: por un lado el análisis documental, que permitirá definir un cuadro teórico en relación al tema, y la entrevista, con la que se recogerá la información inédita sobre la que fundamentar el desarrollo de la investigación. Para avanzar de forma lógica y estructurada, el trabajo se divide en las siguientes partes: la introducción, en la que se encuadra la problemática, en este caso el proceso de proyecto, se definen los objetivos y el método de trabajo. La fundamentación teórica, donde se abordan los temas relativos al proyecto, la teoría del proyecto y el método de proyecto, realizando mayor hincapié en los aspectos y fases relativos al proceso de proyecto. El análisis y síntesis de datos, momento en el que se trata la información obtenida de los casos de estudio, y se presentan los resultados obtenidos. La sistematización, en la que se procede a la comparación de los datos identificados de la fundamentación teórica y los obtenidos a través de las entrevistas. Por último, la conclusión, en la cual se exponen los resultados del trabajo. En las conclusiones del trabajo, se mostraran las respuestas obtenidas a los objetivos propuestos al inicio del trabajo. Además se expondrán las carencias observadas en el transcurso de la investigación, de forma a identificar nuevas vías de investigación que aún están por explorar.

Abstract: This investigation is centred on the aspects concerning the development of the project`s process inserted in the project`s theory and with the aim set on possible identification of a methodology. To look deeply into the matters concerning the execution of the project, meant as a trade, would help to produce a tool which helps to act as support of the project`s development, especially in the years of university education and in the former years of the practice of a profession. This would help in a fast way each architect to identify which methods and mechanisms are better adapted to their way of understanding the architecture and therefore its production. The aims of this inquiry are: the identification and systematization of the aspects which can be observed in a theoretical degree, concentrating the attention on the stages and their characteristics. The synthesization of the tendencies that can be observed in the professional practice and finally determine the links and convergences which can be observed between the theoretical production and the professional practice. The method used for the development of the task is the “multiestudios” of case. That will allow to tackle the theme of the project`s process through the point of view of a group of architects. The tecniques used for the obtaining of information are of two types. On the one hand, the documentary analysis which will allow defining a theoretical frame in relation to the theme. On the other hand, the interview, which will gather the completely new information on which the development of the investigation is based. To advance in a logical and structured way, the task is split into the following parts: The introduction, in which the problematic is inserted (in this case the project`s process), the aims are defined and the method of work. The theoretical basement, where the themes relative to the project, the theoretical project and the method of the project are tackled insisting on the aspects and stages relative to the project`s process. The analysis and synthesis of information where the information obtained from the cases of the research are about and the results obtained are shown. The systematization where the comparison of the identified information of the theoretical basement and those obtained through the interviews take place. Finally, the conclusion where the results of the task are stated. In the conclusions of the task will be shown the answers obtained to the aims proposed at the beginning of the task.Furthermore, the observed lacks will be but forward in the course of the investigation in order to identify the new investigation channel which are still to explore.
