Desde o seu lento surgimento pelo mundo que as rádios comunitárias têm vindo a desenvolverem um papel sem igual no que toca a democratização e ao desenvolvimento sócio e cultural nas regiões em que se encontram inseridas. Entretanto com o advento da internet estas rádios ingressaram igualmente no mundo virtual com intuito de vencerem obstáculos financeiros e geográficos, desfrutando ao mesmo tempo das potencialidades e vantagens que este meio os poderá oferecer. No entanto o que fazer quando a sua performance deveria ser tipicamente local, dirigida a segmentos específicos de ouvintes? Será que a Internet poderá desfocar num futuro próximo o objetivo principal de uma rádio comunitária? Nesta sequência assim podemos pela luz destas transições das rádios comunitárias para o mundo online perceber o desempenho da Rádio Voz de Cabo-Verde em Roterdão para com a sua comunidade aí emigrada dado a sua modificação exclusiva para o mundo virtual.
Since the slow rise in the world, the community radios have come to develop a unique role in the democratization, social and cultural fielt, development also in the regions in which they are embedded . However these radios also entered the virtual world with a view to overcome financial and geographical obstacles , enjoying at the same time the potential and advantages that this virtual world the can offer. But what to do when their performance should be typically local, directed to specific segments of listeners? Does the Internet can blur a main near future the goal of community radios? At this sequence we can by the light of these transitions of the community radios in the online world try to realize the performance of Radio Voice of Cape Verde in Rotterdam towards its emigrants community since the permanent modification to the virtual world.
