The main objective of this work is to understand the relationship between benefits and the levels of collaborators’ motivation in Novadelta and Delta Serviços of Nabeiro - Delta Cafés Group, so this is a case study. We look for understand how the benefits attributed to the collaborators in these enterprises, can be reflected in their levels of motivation. Nabeiro’s Group offers to their collaborators several benefits in health’ areas, food, transportation and easy access to benefits and services through partnerships with others entities. To identify the predictors and the differentiators of motivation it was another objective of this study. The information was collected through a questionary and the data were treated according to the recommendations made in the literature. The questionary were studied to different moments: exploratory, pilot and final studies. We obtained a robust questionary. Differential studies, performed through analysis of variance (ANOVA), allowed us to conclude that the levels of motivation subjects' are influenced by some sociodemographic variables, namely: educational qualifications, enterprise where they work, work they made and length of service. Whereas, correlational studies made, using the Pearson coefficient, its allowed us to reach the conclusion that there is a relationship between the levels of collaborators’ motivation, their levels of satisfaction, their degree of satisfaction with the possibility of using the benefits which are offered by the enterprise and with the motivating factors in total and with the following motivating factors: motivation with the organization, of the work motivation of achievement and power, motivation for performance and motivation to the involvement. Finally, the study of predictors of motivation, through the analysis of multiple linear regression, stepwise method, led us to the following predictors: levels of satisfaction, education qualifications and motivation for the organization at the job.
