No que diz respeito à escolha do tema “Responsabilidade Social” pensamos que é um tema bastante relevante particularmente nas Organizações do Terceiro Sector. Relativamente ao objetivo geral pretende-se identificar e analisar o nível de desenvolvimento das práticas de Responsabilidade Social nas Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social, no que diz respeito à sua dimensão interna e externa e nas vertentes ambientais, económicas e sociais, bem como a hierarquia das relações das mesmas com todos os seus stakeholders. O estudo que pretendemos desenvolver vai utilizar a metodologia dos Estudos de Caso múltiplos utilizando questionários e entrevistas semi- estruturadas e análise documental como instrumentos de recolha de dados. Com base na presente investigação pode-se garantir que o nível de desenvolvimento das práticas de RS é moderado nas IPSS em estudo, no entanto, verificando-se uma cada vez maior aposta na sua certificação, formalizando deste modo as suas práticas de RS; SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PRACTICES: CASE STUDIES IN SOCIAL SOLIDARITY PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS IN THE DISTRICT OF ÉVORA Abstract: Regarding the choosing of the topic "Social Responsibility", we think it is a very relevant issue, particularly in the Third Sector Organizations. Concerning the general objective, its purpose is to identify and analyze the level of development of Social Responsibility practices in Social Solidarity Private Institutions, according to their Internal and External dimension and in the environmental, economic and social aspects, as well as the hierarchy of the relations with all its stakeholders. The study we intend to develop will use the multiple case studies using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, as well as documentary analysis as instruments of data collection. Based on the present research, we can ensure that the level of development of social responsibility practices is moderate in the social solidarity private institutions under study, however there is an increasing commitment to their certification, thus consolidating their social responsibility practices.
