COMO ENVOLVER OS PAIS NAS PRÁTICAS EDUCATIVAS NA EDUCAÇÃO PRÉ-ESCOLAR E ENSINO DO 1.º CICLO DO ENSINO BÁSICO?

No âmbito do tema “Relação escola-família” procurámos ir ao encontro das relações estabelecidas na Educação Pré-escolar e no Ensino do 1º Ciclo, compreendendo a valorização desta relação ao longo dos diferentes contextos por parte das famílias e a evolução das parcerias entre estes pilares educativos. Aprofundámos o conceito de família e o que a envolve, descrevendo algumas teorias que nos elucidassem sobre, e como, a família, escola e sociedade, influenciam o desenvolvimento da criança. Para compreender esta relação é fundamental fazer uma perspetiva histórica, tendo em conta a legislação e os programas oficiais utilizados pelas valências abordadas. Este aspeto levou-nos a fazer uma passagem para outra abordagem, focando a diferença entre os níveis de ensino, dando um maior enfoque ao papel que o docente deve adotar como mediador desta parceria, porque o educador/professor é quem gere e tem, de certa forma, alguma influência nesta proximidade.

We asked the following question: How to involve parents in educational practices in pre-school education and primary school education? In the context of this theme we tried to meet the relationships established in Pre-school Education and Elementary School teaching. We tried to approach the valorization of this relation throughout the different contexts by the families and the evolution of the partnerships between these educational pillars. We began by focusing on the concept of family and its surroundings, describing some theories that would elucidate us, and how family, school, and society positively or less positively influence the development of the child. This aspect led us to make a passage to another approach, focusing on the difference between this relationship between levels of education and why these dissimilarities are present, giving a greater focus to the obstacles to this relationship and the role that the teacher should adopt as mediator of this partnership, because the educator / teacher is the one who manages and has, to some extent, some influence in this proximity
