Resumo I - O presente Relatório tem como objetivo dar a conhecer a experiência da estagiária, inserida no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Música, da Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa – IPL. O Estágio decorreu no Instituto Gregoriano de Lisboa, no ano letivo de 2014/2015. Foram selecionados três alunos de níveis diferentes para avaliar a atividade da estagiária enquanto docente de piano. Com este intuito, foi feita a caraterização da escola e dos alunos envolvidos no Estágio, assim como a descrição das práticas educativas desenvolvidas. Para cada um dos alunos integrados no contexto deste Estágio foram elaborados planos de aulas semanais e planificações anuais. Por fim, foi elaborada uma análise crítica da atividade docente desenvolvida e a descrição das conclusões resultantes desta prática.

Resumo II - Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a importância da autonomia na aprendizagem de piano. Expõe-se a problemática desta questão, seguem-se os objetivos da investigação e é apresentada a revisão de literatura. Esta é baseada não só na autonomia em si, como também em alguns assuntos a ela inerentes, tais como a atitude do professor na aula e o contacto entre professor e aluno, na experiência dos pedagogos de renome e nas estratégias propostas para o ensino. Na parte da Metodologia de Investigação, a autora partilha as suas ideias sobre o desenvolvimento da autonomia no Curso Preparatório, Básico e Secundário. Segue-se a entrevista realizada aos professores de piano do Instituto Gregoriano de Lisboa, com as respetivas respostas e a posterior análise da mesma. Por fim, é apresentada uma conclusão.

Abstract I - This report aims to make known the experience of the intern, as part of the Master in Music Pedagogy at the Superior School of Music in Lisbon – IPL. The internship was done at the Gregorian Institute of Lisbon, during the academic year of 2014/2015. We selected three students of different levels to evaluate the intern activity while piano teacher. To achieve the mentioned aim, it was done the description of the school and the students that were involved on the internship, as well the description of the developed educational practices. For each student it was prepared a weekly program of lessons and an annual planning. At last, it was developed a critical analysis of the teaching activity that was developed during the internship and the description of the conclusions resulting of this experience.

Abstract II - This work aims to research the importance on self-determination in learning piano. It explains the problematic of the chosen theme, the aims of the research and it is presented the review of the literature. It is based not only on the self-determination of the student, but also on the several subjects that made part of this work, like the teacher’s attitude on the class, the communication between teacher and student, on the experience of the renown pedagogues and on the strategies proposed for teaching. In the Research Methodology, the author shared the ideas about the development on the self-determination of a student during the Preparatory, Basic and Secondary degree. The following are the interviews done to the teachers of the Gregorian Institute of Lisbon, and the subsequent analysis of their answers. Finally it presents a conclusion.
