As lesões medulares têm se demonstrando como uma problemática de grande impacto na vida da pessoa, com repercussões a vários níveis, sociais, psicológicos, físicos, levando alterações a nível da funcionalidade da pessoa e do seu grau de autonomia nos autocuidados. Associados a esta lesão, a eliminação vesical e alterações do autocuidado são visíveis, daí que seja fundamental que se caracterize esta problemática, para que o EEER (Enfermeiro Especialista Enfermagem de Reabilitação) através da avaliação, diagnóstico, prevenção e tratamento, implemente ações que visem a capacitação da pessoa e família face à autonomia no autocuidado eliminação vesical, diminuindo as repercussões sentidas pela pessoa a nível da sua auto imagem e do estigma social. O EEER tem um papel fundamental na promoção da reeducação da eliminação vesical, capacitando e educando a pessoa/família a cuidarem de si e adquirirem estratégias e técnicas específicas que permitam adquirir autonomia. De modo a percepcionar de que forma as intervenções do EEER promovem a reeducação do autocuidado eliminação vesical na pessoa/família com paraplégia após LVM recorreu-se à revisão sistemática, através do método PICO. A pesquisa foi realizada inicialmente na plataforma EBSCOhost, seguindo o protocolo de pesquisa, mas por não se ter obtido artigos que dessem resposta à problemática em estudo, recorreu-se à plataforma Pubmed, com um friso cronológico de 10 anos. Obteve-se 7 artigos, dos quais foram selecionados 5 artigos para análise no corpo do trabalho, após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão/exclusão. Da análise dos artigos pode-se concluir que as intervenções do EEER promovem a educação e capacitação da pessoa/família, aumentando a autonomia, qualidade de vida e auto estima, levando a uma melhor reintegração social. The spinal cord lesions have been shown to be of great impact on the person's life, with repercussions at various levels, social, psychological, physical, at level of the functionality of the person and their degree of autonomy in self-care. Associated with this lesion, bladder elimination and changes in self-care are visible, which is why it is fundamental to characterize this problem, so that the NSRN (Nursing Specialist Rehabilitation Nursing) through evaluation, diagnosis, prevention and treatment, implement actions aimed at empowering the person and family face Autonomy in self-care bladder elimination, reducing the repercussions felt by the person in terms of self-image and social stigma. The NSRN plays a key role in promoting the re-education of bladder elimination, enabling and educating the person / family to take care of themselves and adquire specific strategies and techniques that allow them to autonomy. To understand how NSRN interventions promote the re-education of self-care bladder elimination in the person / family with paraplegia after spinal cord injury, a systematic review was done using the PICO method. The research was initially carried out on the EBSCOhost platform, following the research protocol, but because articles were not obtained that answered the problem under study, we used the Pubmed platform, with a chronological framework of 10 years. We obtained 7 articles, of which 5 articles were selected for analysing in the body of work, after applying the inclusion / exclusion criteria. From the analysing of the articles it can be concluded that the NSRN interventions promote the education and training of the person / family, increasing the autonomy, quality of life and self-esteem, leading to a better social reintegration.
