Os negócios internacionais são influenciados pelos riscos do ambiente político. Apresenta-se a interferênciada estabilidade das políticas governamentais no equilíbrio dos negócios internacionaise enfatiza-se o sistema legal como variável importante na avaliação dos riscos dos negócios internacionais. Ressalta-se também os tipos de riscos políticos e as formas de gerenciá-los. Asituação da América Latina é destacada permitindo visualizara instabilidade e suas oportunidades surgidas a partir da existência de risco político. Finalmente inclui-se resultado depesquisa de opinião juntos aos empresários e políticos que estão inseridos na esfera internacional.Mostra-se que 36,96% dos entrevistados são favoráveis a aplicação das variáveis de risco politico.
The international business is affectedby the risk of political environment. The interference of governmental politics stability in the international business balanceis introduced and the legal system emphasizedas important affable at international business risk valuation. The models of political risks and molds to managethem are put in evidence. This work addressesas wellthe situation in Latin America,highlighting the instability and the opportunities that appear withpolitical risk. This studyincludes survey results together with businessmen and politicians who are entered in the international sphere. It shows that 36, 96% of interviewed are in favor of applying the variables of political risk.
