No ?mbito do mestrado em Gest?o de Recursos Humanos e Comportamento Organizacional pelo Instituto Superior Miguel Torga de Coimbra, foi realizado um est?gio curricular na organiza??o Dierre Ib?rica- Industrias de Portas S.A., nomeadamente no Departamento de Recursos Humanos. O presente estudo, tem como tema central a Avalia??o de Desempenho, sendo que a relev?ncia e mais valia do tema figura na realiza??o de uma proposta de implementa??o de um Sistema de Avalia??o de Desempenho para o Departamento Comercial e Marketing da Dierre Ib?rica. Para al?m de toda a revis?o e an?lise bibliogr?fica realizada para obter mais conhecimentos e pressupostos te?ricos, a conce??o desta proposta s? se tornou poss?vel, a partir da abordagem metodol?gica qualitativa utilizada, recorrendo ? observa??o participante, entrevistas n?o estruturadas e ? an?lise de documentos disponibilizados pela organiza??o. Durante toda a investiga??o procurou-se determinar quais as etapas fundamentais ? conce??o do Sistema de Avalia??o de Desempenho, tendo em conta a import?ncia em analisar a cultura, miss?o e objetivos organizacionais, a an?lise do descritivo de fun??es, bem como a defini??o de objetivos individuais a avaliar. Desta forma, tornou-se pertinente analisar todas as especificidades intr?nsecas em contexto organizacional, assim como, os poss?veis benef?cios e riscos que o sistema poderia trazer. A realiza??o da proposta do Sistema de Avalia??o de Desempenho permitiu conhecer e concluir, a partir do enquadramento te?rico, que ? uma ferramenta com um contributo bastante importante na integra??o das pr?ticas de Gest?o de Recursos Humanos e nos processos de tomada de decis?o. Os resultados esperados deste estudo, pretendem que a proposta de Sistema Avalia??o de Desempenho seja efetivamente implementada no departamento comercial e de marketing de forma a retirar futuras conclus?es quanto aos seus benef?cios, limita??es, riscos, para que seja alvo de melhoria continua e posteriormente aplicada, com os devidos ajustes para outras ?reas da organiza??o. / In the context of the Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior by the Instituto Miguel Torga, a curriculum internship was held at the Dierre Ib?rica-Ind?strias de Portas S.A., more precisely in the Human Resources Department. The subject of the present study is the Performance Evaluation, that being said, the relevance and value of the subject appears in the realization of a proposal of a System of Performance Evaluation to be implemented in the Commercial and Marketing Department of Dierre Ib?rica. In addition to all the bibliographic review and analysis carried out to obtain more theoretical knowledge, the design of this proposal was only possible, from the qualitative methodological approach that was used, using participant observation, unstructured interviews and documents analysis provided by the organization. During the investigation, the main objective was determining the fundamental stages in the design of the Performance Evaluation System, taking into account the importance of analysing the culture, mission and organizational objectives, the analysis of the functions descriptive, as well, the definition of individual objectives which will be evaluated later. In this way, it became pertinent to analyse all the intrinsic specificities in the organizational context, as well, the possible benefits and risks that the system could have. The realization of this Performance Evaluation System proposal allowed to know and to conclude from the theoretical framework and empirical study that it is a tool with a very important contribution in the of Human Resources Management practices and therefore in the decision making processes. The expected results of this study intend that the proposed Performance Evaluation System be effectively implemented in the commercial and marketing department in order to draw future conclusions as to its benefits, limitations, risks, so that it can be continuously improved and subsequently applied, with appropriate adjustments to other areas of the organization.
