Este Projeto de Intervenção Pedagógica (PIP) teve como objetivo fomentar a motivação e o planeamento de perspetivas futuras nas turmas das disciplinas de Análise e Técnicas de Composição (ATC) e de História da Cultura e das Artes (HCA), do Curso Secundário da Escola de Música de Perosinho, do Ensino Artístico Especializado de Música. Estudos apontam que a motivação pode ser definida como um processo pelo qual o comportamento orientado por metas é estimulado, e que a música tem impacto na construção de projetos de vida. Considerando este aporte teórico, convidaram-se quatro compositores para realizar um ciclo de palestras: Nuno Peixoto de Pinho, David Miguel, Fernando C. Lapa, e Eugénio Amorim. A recolha de dados realizou-se antes e depois do ciclo de palestras através de inquéritos por questionário, posteriormente analisados e comparados. Os resultados indicam que as palestras dadas por compositores conduziram a um aumento do grau de motivação geral, ainda que com exceções, que sugerem novas linhas de investigação, bem como a um aumento da perceção da importância de ATC e HCA para a prática instrumental. A intervenção dos oradores causou, globalmente, um aumento da motivação para o esboço de perspetivas de futuro, bem como uma subida da motivação para refletir sobre o lugar a dar à música no futuro. Foi possível, através da realização do ciclo de palestras com compositores, possibilitar nos alunos uma melhoria da motivação no geral.
This Pedagogical Intervention Project (PIP) had as a goal to foster motivation as well as the planning of life expectations in the classes of Analysis and Composition Techniques (ACT) and History of Culture and Arts (HCA), of the Secondary Course of Perosinho Music School, of the Specialized Artistic Music Education. Studies show that motivation can be defined as a process by which goal oriented behavior is stimulated, and that music has impact of in the creation of life projects. In the light of this theoretical background, four composers were invited to participate in a series of lectures: Nuno Peixoto de Pinho, David Miguel, Fernando C. Lapa, and Eugénio Amorim. Data was collected before and after the series of lectures through a questionnaire survey, and then analysed and compared. Results show that the lectures given by the composers led to an increase of the general motivation, although with exceptions, which suggest further research lines, as well as an increase of the perception of the importance of ACT and HCA for instrument practice. The participation of the speakers caused, overall, an increase of the motivation for the outline of expectations for the future, as well as an increase of the motivation to think about which context to give to music in the future. It was possible, on the whole, through the implementation of the series of lectures with composers, to enable in the students an improvement of motivation.
