Abstract: The political oppression, along with the always hierarchized economy of living, essentially reflects upon the rampant unlevelling and splitting of the social fabrics, "constraining" (with the juridical and economical complexification and the consequent solidification of the institutional order) the reality in movement, seeking to make it fixed, narrow, conditioned by bureaucracy, "administratively" surveilled. The justice, which is expected to be equitable, turns out to be unequal, based on economical factors, sometimes hereditary, always class related. Therefore, the fixed order of a strong, strict State, which intends to control and restrain the living life inside its structure, becomes, after all (contrary to what many would expect) the most fertile, most prosper field for a new force to sprout vigorous, strong, free.
