O presente relatório resulta da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada na disciplina de Geometria Descritiva A, realizada no ano letivo 2011/12, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Artes Visuais no 3º ciclo do Ensino Básico e no Ensino Secundário, da Universidade da Beira Interior. A primeira parte consiste numa breve contextualização histórica do ensino da Geometria Descritiva procurando descrever o seu percurso nos currículos escolares desde o final do século XVIII em França, mas também, em Inglaterra e Itália. Enquadra-se ainda a Geometria Descritiva no ensino português do século XIX, e no ensino liceal no período entre 1947 e 1981, tendo em conta as conjunturas sociais e educativas que marcaram estes períodos. Finalmente, faz-se a caracterização da disciplina nos nossos dias. A segunda parte refere o enquadramento geral da Escola Secundária/3 de Amato Lusitano, estabelecimento de ensino onde se realizou a Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada, começando por caracterizar o meio em que insere. Posteriormente faz-se uma pequena abordagem ao Curso Científico-humanístico de Artes Visuais. A terceira e última parte concerne o relatório das atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio pedagógico realizado numa turma de 11.º ano, na disciplina de Geometria Descritiva A do Curso Científico-humanístico de Artes Visuais, sob orientação do professor José Manuel Neves dos Santos. Procede-se à descrição e análise reflexiva das aulas assistidas e das atividades extracurriculares desenvolvidas ao longo do ano letivo.
This report results from Supervised Teaching Practice in the subject of Descriptive Geometry A, held in the school year of 2011/12 for the Master in Teaching Visual Arts at the 3rd Cycle of Basic Education and Secondary Education, in Universidade da Beira Interior. The first part consists of a brief historical background of the teaching of Descriptive Geometry trying to describe its development in the school curriculum since the late eighteenth century in France, but also in England and Italy. It also concerns the Portuguese teaching of Descriptive Geometry in the nineteenth century, and in the secondary education between 1947 and 1981, taking into account the social and educational changes and policies that marked these periods. Finally, it characterizes the subject as it is taught nowadays The second part concerns the general framework of the High School / 3 Amato Lusitano, where the Supervised Teaching Practice took place, beginning to describe the environment in which it is located. Subsequently there is a short approach to the Scientific-humanistic Course of Visual Arts. The third and last part concerns the report of the activities conducted during the teaching practice in a 11th Grade class in the subject of Descriptive Geometry A of Scientifichumanistic Course of Visual Arts, under the supervision of professor José Manuel dos Santos Neves. In the end, there is a reflective description and analysis of the classes and extracurricular activities developed throughout the school year.
