The present dissertation was realized with the aim of analyse the impact, in the energetic certification of buildings (RCCTE), of different air conditioning and DHW systems. To realize this study it was necessary to use a existing spreadsheet, which allow to determine the building thermal performance under the actual Portuguese legislation (RCCTE). By starting with the existing spreadsheet new features was added, which stands out the possibility of energy fractionation in the studied building. In the second part of the study a combination set of equipments for heating, cooling and DHW were evaluated in order to see the effect in the building classification. It was also evaluated the impact of the combination set, on the energetic bill and payback period. Finally it was analyzed the practicability for using a solar system for backing up the heating system, taking into account that this solar system was independent from the one used for DHW production.
