The geological formations, enriched by its geodiversity, constitute the physical support and structuring of the landscape, contributing greatly to the diversity of the existing landscapes and ecosystems. Many of these geological resources represent countless exceptional values, proclaiming the well justified and supported geoconservation measurements for integrated studies of the landscape. The landscape of the Ribeira of Mogo’s Valley, in Alcobaça, brings together a set of natural and cultural assets of major importance, highlighting the unique and spectacular karsts phenomena resulting from features, patterned and printed in a particular landscape and a very own identity. Thus, the present work constitutes itself as a contribution to the appreciation and awareness of the geological heritage inherent to the Ribeira of Mogo’s Valley, based on the interpretation of the landscape. The exposed recovery strategy based on the deployment of interpretative trails, and the elaboration of a guide/roadmap, enhancing and potentiating the tourist and recreational activities, associated with these karst landscapes, and the socio-economic development of local populations
