Este Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada tem como tema “A Instrução e Execução de Tiro na GNR - Infra-estruturas Necessárias”, e propõe-se, como objectivo, determinar qual a melhor infra-estrutura para a prática de tiro policial e, no caso de se verificar que não existe apenas uma, se tal facto traria vantagens aos vários tipos de unidades. A realização do trabalho assenta no método hipotético-dedutivo, com recurso à revisão bibliográfica e entrevistas semi-directivas, no âmbito do trabalho empírico, com o intuito de recolher dados. De acordo com o tema, decidiu-se estudar o estado actual das infraestruturas usadas pela Guarda, mencionando alguns dos seus problemas e condicionantes, abordando-se em seguida as novas infra-estruturas cedidas pelo Ministério da Administração Interna, das quais ainda faltam inaugurar três carreiras. Faz-se referência a outros tipos de sistema que poderiam ser implementados na Guarda Nacional Republicana, se fosse considerado um tipo de treino com situações mais próximas da realidade ao invés do treino de precisão. Após conjugação de toda a informação, quer da revisão bibliográfica, quer das entrevistas, apercebemo-nos de que as infra-estruturas existentes neste momento não satisfazem totalmente o treino que os militares necessitam. Apenas cerca de 3/5 das infra-estruturas permitem realizar todas as Tabelas de Manutenção sendo a Guarda possuidora de apenas três, encontrando-se uma delas interdita devido a falta de condições de segurança. No caso das restantes entidades detentoras das infra-estruturas as decidirem fechar, tornar-se à muito complicado para a Guarda Nacional Republicana manter as exigências das suas Normas de Tiro. Não foi possível apurar qual o tipo de infra-estrutura ideal, pois consoante o tipo de unidade, as suas missões e o ambiente em que as desenvolvem, necessitarão de diferentes tipos de infra-estrutura. Facto pelo qual deveria ser alvo de um estudo futuro.

Abstract This work of Applied Research on "The Instruction and Execution of Shooting in the GNR - the necessary infrastructures.", and it proposes has objective to determine the best infrastructure for the practice of police shooting, and if it is found that there is not only one, if this would bring benefits to various types of units. The work is based on the hypothetical-deductive method, using literature review and semi-direct interviews, in the ambit of empirical work, in order to collect data. Under the theme, we decided to study the current state of infrastructures used by the National Republic Guards, mentioning some of its problems and limitations, the new infrastructure provided by the Internal Administration Ministry are discussed after that chapter, of which there are still three ranges to be inaugurated. Reference is made to other types of system that could be implemented in the National Republic Guards, if was considered a different type of training in real situations and not just the precision shooting. After the compilation of all the information from the review and the interviews, we realize that the existing infrastructure currently does not fully meet the training that th e military need. Only about 3/5 of the infrastructures are able to perform all the maintenance tables, and the National Republic Guards has only three of those, one of which is prohibited due to lack of security conditions. In case of holders of the infrastructures decide to close it, it would be very complicated for the National Republic Guards to comply with its predefined Shooting requirements. Unable to determine what type of infrastructure is ideal, because each type of unit, has its own missions own environment in which they are developed, so they will need different types of infrastructure. That fact should be the target of future studies.
