Este relatório tem como objetivo descrever as experiências vividas enquanto professor estagiário de Educação Física, na Escola Secundária da Amadora, no decorrer do ano letivo 2016/2017. Não se pretende com o mesmo relatar somente a totalidade dos acontecimentos ocorridos durante todo o estágio pedagógico ou as respetivas reflexões existindo, igualmente, a intenção de levantar questões, provocar e de destacar os pontos que se consideram verdadeiramente significativos. O relatório está organizado em duas partes iniciais – “Assim que o jogo acabou…” e “O Estágio como Simbiose entre Escola e Professor Estagiário” – que introduzem a realização deste estágio (uma de cariz muito pessoal, a outra com uma configuração mais formal), seguidas de “O Contexto de Estágio”, identificando aspetos como, o aluno, o professor, a instituição escolar ou o grupo de estágio. Já no “Processo de Estágio”, o mesmo subdivide-se pelas áreas de intervenção profissional. “O Ensino-aprendizagem” (Área 1: Organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem), onde existe o propósito de salientar aquilo que foi realizado, destacando os pontos positivos e negativos, de analisar as decisões tomadas e de conferir importância à ideia de ser ter experimentado diferentes métodos, estratégias para crescimento pessoal mas, acima de tudo, para aprendizagem dos alunos. No “Grupo de Educação Física”, (Área 2: Investigação e inovação pedagógica) foram apresentadas as orientações e limitações dessa realidade, projetando um estudo da temática do trabalho colaborativo para responder, sensibilizar e melhorar toda a dinâmica docente da escola. O trabalho desenvolvido no projeto de Desporto Escolar, bem como, a concretização dos torneios desportivos inter-turmas são apresentados no ponto “Para além das aulas” (Área 3: Participação na escola). A “Comunidade” (Área 4: Relação com a comunidade) retrata quer a relação e trabalho com o director de turma na gestão da mesma, quer a relação e o contacto com os pais evidenciado nas reuniões de encarregados de educação. De forma transversal a todas as áreas, pretende-se demonstrar o pensamento crítico, a criatividade e as diferentes decisões tomadas que enriqueceram o ano de estágio, tendo sido o mesmo, um processo simbiótico para ambos os lados: escola e professor.
The aim of this report is to describe the experiences lived as a trainee teacher of Physical Education, at Amadora High School, during the academic year of 2016/2017. While the primary purpose is to report all the events that occurred throughout the pedagogical internship and the respective reflections, there is also the intention of raising questions, provoking and highlighting the points that are considered truly meaningful. The report is organized in two initial parts – “As soon as the game is over..." and "The internship as a symbiosis between school and trainee teacher" – Introducing the structure of the internship (one from a personal point of view, and the other from a formal setting), followed by "The Internship Context", identifying aspects such as the student, the teacher, the school institution or the internship group. The "Internship Process" is divided by the areas of professional intervention. "The Teaching-Learning" (Area 1: Organization and management of Education and learning), where the purpose is to highlight what has been accomplished, the positive and negative points, analyses of the decisions that were taken and to emphasize the importance of trying different methods and strategies, not only for personal growth but, above all, for student learning. In “Physical Education Group”, (Area 2: Research and pedagogical innovation) the guidelines and limitations of these fields were presented, and a study of the thematic of collaborative work was designed to give response, raise awareness and improve the entire school's teaching dynamics. The work developed in the School Sport project, as well as the realization of the inter-class sports tournaments are presented in the "In addition to the lessons" part (Area 3: Participation in the school). The "Community" (Area 4: Relationship with the community) gives an insight of both the relationship and work with the director of the class in the management of the same and the relationship and contact with the parents present in the meetings. In a way that involves all these different areas, the goal is to demonstrate that critical thinking, creativity and the different decisions that were made, enriched the internship year, which led to a symbiotic relationship for both the school and teacher.
