Os autores descrevem um caso de actinomicose de cerebelo, com diagnóstico estabelecido após remoção cirúrgica da lesão e tratamento com sucesso com penicilina endovenosa e oral. Breve revisão da literatura sobre o envolvimento do sistema nervoso na actinomicose é apresentada.
