Metazoan parasites of cetaceans off the northeastern coast of Brazil

One barnacle specimen was found on a dead cetacean in Ceara´ State, north-eastern Brazil. Diagnosis and figures of the barnacle are provided and the relationship between the epizoic and the host discussed.
