Colonic mucinous adenocarcinoma with atypical metastasis

In 2002 a right hemicolectomy was performed in a 70-year-old male with cecal cancer. Histologically it was a well-differenciated mucinous adenocarcinona (Dukes C stage, pT3pN1pMx, tumor free margins). Adjuvant therapy was chemotherapy.
