O presente estudo analisa os efeitos da reforma do trabalhador por velhice na relação de trabalho, à luz do regime estabelecido no artigo 348.º do Código do Trabalho, em articulação com o regime de segurança social no tocante às condições de atribuição da pensão de velhice, enquanto incentivo à continuação da prestação de atividade profissional depois de o trabalhador se encontrar em situação de reforma.
