Acute necrotizing myopathy and podophyllin toxicity: report of a fatal case

The disorder was marked by seizures, coma, peripheral neuropathy, renal failure and acute necrotizing myopathy, an unusual finding. The coma and systemic disturbances resolved within three weeks.
