The present report describes a case of Sezary syndrome in a canine with lymphadenomegaly, generalized erithroderma, intense pruritus and disseminated cutaneous nodules and plaques. Biopsy samples were taken from cutaneous nodules and plaques and were diagnosed epitheliotropic T cell cutaneous lymphoma by histology and immunohistochemical stain.
