We present a 48 year-old female patient with a previous history of Tetralogy of Fallot submitted to surgical repair at 18 years old. Recent echocardiograms were remarkable for the absence of residual interventricular communication, a good left ventricular systolic function without regional wall motion abnormalities, and a moderate pulmonary regurgitation.
