Síntese, atividade antitumoral e antimicrobiana de novos derivados 3-[2-tioxo-3...

Savariz, Franciele Cristina

The β-carbolines alkaloids are a class of synthetic and naturally occurring compounds that possess a large spectrum of important pharmacological properties such as, antimicrobial, antitumoral and antiviral. Studies on a variety of synthetic β-carboline derivatives have demonstrated the influence of the substituents in positions-1 and -3 of the β-carboline skeleton on activity. The potentialities ...

Síntese e avaliação das atividades antiproliferativa e antimicrobiana de deriva...

Savariz, Franciele Cristina

Several research has been developed on the synthesis of β-carboline derivatives with different substituents, mainly at positions-1 and -3 of the β- carboline ring, aiming the preparation of compounds with biological activities, among them, antitumor and antimicrobial activities. Studies previously carried out by our research group showed that β-carbolines with substituted phenyl groups at positio...

Thirteen (13) oxazolone derivatives were synthesized and the photochemical behavior of one of them was analyzed for solvent polarity when submitted to irradiation in 350 nm. When acetonitrile is used as solvent, photodegradation is faster when compared with n-hexane. The electronic spectra in acetonitrile showed an isosbestic point in 419 nm, indicating that only two species co-exist in solution. The addition o...
