The "Neutro-à-Terra" magazine is a technical-scientific journal published semi-annually by the Department of Electrotechnical Engineering of ISEP, which is intended for students of higher education in Electrotechnical Engineering and, in a general way, to all professionals in the Sector Electrotechnical. The edition of the magazine is the responsibility of some professors of the Department of Electrotechnical Engineering of ISEP, specialized in electrical energy systems, namely in the areas of machines and electrical installations. In each edition of the magazine, some articles of a more technical nature are published, but others of a more scientific nature, of subjects as diverse as the Electric Machines, Production, Transportation and Distribution of Electric Energy, Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Security, Energy Management and Energy Efficiency, Automation, Technical Management and Domotics.
