O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar as transformações em curso no sistema bancário, considerando a influência da indústria 4.0 e de tecnologias recém-desenvolvidas dentro desse contexto. Para tanto, foi necessário apresentar, utilizando uma revisão integrativa, um panorama geral sobre a história das Revoluções Industriais, bem como sobre a evolução do Sistema Financeiro, focado no sistema bancário. A partir disso, foi abordado, com o uso da mesma metodologia, o impacto das mais recentes inovações em tecnologias da Indústria 4.0 no sistema bancário, considerando as soluções propostas por empresas e governo, para facilitar ao consumidor o acesso a serviços financeiros em geral, mas antes engessados. Por fim, dado que a sinergia entre as duas revoluções - industrial e bancária - têm ficado cada vez mais forte, o trabalho traz, em sua conclusão, algumas perspectivas de evolução na interação entre tecnologia e sistema financeiro.

This research aims to present the transformation currently being held in the banking system, considering the influence of the Industry 4.0 and its newly developed technologies. Therefore, it was imperative to give the reader an overview, using integrative review, about the history behind the Industrial Revolutions and the evolution of the Financial System, mainly the banking portion of it. Based on this, using the same methodology, the impact of the latest innovations of the Industry 4.0 technologies in the banking system was addressed, in light of the solutions proposed by companies and the government, to facilitate access to financial services in general, that were previously inflexible. Finally, given that the synergy between the two revolutions - industrial and banking - has become increasingly strong, this work conveys some perspectives for the evolution in the interaction between technology and the financial system.
