Abstract: This paper is a qualitative research that presents a study of the construction of the identitary positioning assumed by students participants of the PIBID program in oral reports about the theme of becoming a teacher. This study describes and analyses analitically linguistic-discursive tracks/marks present in a corpus consisting of nine oral reports in a situation of interviews recorded in audio, founded on a methodology of Oral History, to track and identify how and what is said and who says about becoming a teacher. Inspiring on those theoretical and methodological assumptions deriving from the Language Studies of Discourse Analysis, Circle of Bakthin, in interface with the Cultural Studies and Social Psychology, the investigation built its journey under a direction that emerges as these students included in this program, reveal in their way of saying the identitary positionings and commit themselves discursively in situations that encompass issues of the constitution of their identity of becoming a teacher. The results obtained in the survey, lead to the following conclusion: the identitary positioning assumed by students indicate that there is a movement of the subject, in his speech, at the prospect of an identification with the images, voices of how to become a teacher, present in the history of the profession and the subject positions are shown plastic, fluid and even liquid in the way of saying allusive to become a teacher.
