The indigenous child and play are interconnected in the process of teaching and learning, aiming at cultural development as well as socialization. The research has the relevance of reflecting on these indigenous children within the school of the city and thus allow the teacher to recognize it as a historical-social subject loaded with Sater??-Maw?? cultural values. Within the educational scope of the city, the play receives new looks, in this sense interested in analyzing the demand of indigenous students within the institution and what are their identity inheritances lived in school everyday. the general objective of the research was to analyze the types of games that take place inside the school between indigenous and non - indigenous children, and the time and space occupied for the realization of the said games, focusing on indigenous children, games and school. In this sense, it was interested in presenting the demand of indigenous students within the institution, in order to verify the spaces and time lived by the Sater??-Maw?? children in the school and its surroundings. And then, point out the types of games that occur inside the school between indigenous and non-indigenous children. In which, it will be important to identify through the games that the teacher performs with indigenous and non-indigenous children the process of cultural socialization, cooperation and competition. Thus, the investigation justifies that studying the play of the Sater??-Maw?? in the school of the city and presenting it as a means of teaching and learning is significant for the practice of teaching teaching that has as a public indigenous students. In this context of study, it was taken into account that the Sater??-Maw?? are living in the time and space of the non-indigenous. We conclude that the research highlighting playing as a teaching strategy in an intercultural relationship in which there is the sense of universalization of knowledge and knowledge coined in the act of playing, whether with indigenous or non - indigenous children within the school context of the city.

A pesquisa tem a relev??ncia de refletir a respeito das crian??as ind??genas Sater??Maw?? no ??mbito da escola da cidade e assim permitir que o docente a reconhe??a como um sujeito hist??rico-social carregado de valores culturais de sua etnia. O objetivo geral ?? analisar os tipos de brincadeiras que ocorrem no interior da escola entre as crian??as ind??genas e n??o ind??genas, bem como o tempo e espa??o ocupados para a sua realiza????o. Nesse sentido, foi apresentada a demanda de estudantes ind??genas dentro da institui????o, para assim verificarem-se o espa??o e o tempo vividos pelas crian??as Sater??-Maw?? na escola e em seu entorno apresentando sua import??ncia para a intera????o social. Aqui, torna-se importante identificar, atrav??s das brincadeiras que o professor realiza com as crian??as ind??genas e n??o ind??genas, o processo de socializa????o cultural, coopera????o e competi????o considerando-as fundamental nas rela????es entre o professor e as crian??as ind??genas e n??o ind??genas. Nesse contexto do estudo, considerar como sujeito da pesquisa as crian??as Sater??Maw?? que est??o vivendo no tempo e espa??o do n??o ind??gena na cidade. Sendo que, o mesmo destaca o brincar como estrat??gia de ensino numa rela????o intercultural em que haja o sentido da universaliza????o do conhecimento e saberes cunhados no ato de brincar entre a crian??a ind??gena e n??o ind??gena, dentro do contexto escolar da cidade. Para contribuir nas praticas de ensino dos professores buscando da visibilidade as crian??as Sater??-Maw?? e lhe garanta o exerc??cio da cidadania plena.
