Descrição
In this text we intend to show that in Cocteau’s The Human Voice the word that passes through the coldness, the austerity and the concision of a telephone wire is both transformed and corrupted, thereby becoming a place of perpetual invention. The telephone thus loses its accessory quality and becomes the dramatic impulse directing the action.
