Este relatório resulta do estágio realizado no BAP Animation Studio, no âmbito do Mestrado em Som e Imagem da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. O estágio teve como principal objetivo aprofundar a compreensão prática das diferentes fases de produção de uma curta-metragem de animação, articulando o conhecimento teórico adquirido durante o ciclo de estudos com a experiência direta em contexto profissional. A experiência foi desenvolvida sobretudo no âmbito da curta-metragem Cão Sozinho, de Marta Reis Andrade, na qual participei nas fases de pintura, produção de máscaras e fotografia. Posteriormente, os últimos momentos do estágio decorreram no contexto da longa-metragem UNA, de Vasco Sá e David Doutel, onde fui convidada a realizar um teste de animação. O relatório apresenta a experiência desenvolvida ao longo do estágio, explorando a estrutura interna da entidade de acolhimento e os seus processos colaborativos de produção artística. Paralelamente, o relatório propõe uma reflexão sobre a experiência no BAP Animation Studio, destacando os processos de produção e os contributos do estágio para o desenvolvimento de competências técnicas, criativas e colaborativas, bem como para a integração no contexto profissional da animação.

This report is the result the internship carried out at BAP Animation Studio, within the scope of the Master's Degree in Sound and Image at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The main objective of the internship was to deepen the practical understanding of the different stages involved in the production of an animated short film, combining the theoretical knowledge acquired during the degree with direct experience in a professional context. The experience was mainly developed within the production of the short film Cão Sozinho by Marta Reis Andrade, in which I participated in the painting, mask production, and photography phases. Later, the final stage of the internship took place in the context of the feature film UNA by Vasco Sá and David Doutel, where I had the opportunity to carry out an animation test. This report presents the experience developed throughout the internship, exploring the internal structure of BAP Animation Studio and its collaborative artistic production processes. At the same time, it proposes a critical reflection on the experience gained, highlighting not only the production methods and processes but also the internship's contribution to the development of technical, creative, and collaborative skills, as well as to the integration into the professional animation context.
